Floreni este un sat şi comună din raionul Anenii Noi. Floreni este unicul sat din comuna cu acelaşi nume, pe malul stîng al rîului Bîc, în apropiere căii ferate Chișinău-Odesa, situat la 25 km de orașul Anenii Noi și la 9 km de Chișinău. Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 3713 oameni. Localitatea a fost atestată pentru prima dată în anul 1859 cu denumirea Broasca.
