Otac este un sat şi comună din raionul Rezina. Otac este unicul sat din comuna cu acelaşi nume și este situat la o distanță de 28 km de orașul Rezina și la 85 km de Chișinău. Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituie 667 de oameni. Satul Otac a fost întemeiat în anul 1830.
