Parcani este un sat din cadrul comunei Răciula, raionul Călăraşi. Localitatea se află la distanța de 16 km de orașul Călărași și la 60 km de Chișinău. Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 550 de oameni. Satul Parcani a fost menționat documentar în anul 1867.
