Bulhac este un sat din cadrul comunei Şumna, raionul Rîşcani. Localitatea este aşezată în cîmpia Bălţilor, pe marginea unui lac, la distanţa de 15 km de orașul Rîșcani şi la 171 km de Chișinău. Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 258 de oameni. Satul Bulhac a fost menționat documentar în anul 1865.
