Congazcicul de Sus este un sat şi comună din UTA Găgăuzia. Din componenţa comunei fac parte localităţile Congazcicul de Sus, Congazcicul de Jos și Duduleşti. Localitatea se află la distanța de 7 km de municipiul Comrat și la 107 km de Chișinău. La recensămîntul din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 1652 de oameni. Satul Congazcicul de Sus a fost întemeiat în anul 1921.
