Sărăteni este un sat şi comună din raionul Leova. Din componenţa comunei fac parte localităţile Sărăteni și Victoria. Localitatea se află la distanța de 30 km de orașul Leova și la 66 km de Chișinău. La recensămîntul din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 775 de oameni. Satul Sărăteni a fost menționat documentar în anul 1620.
