Chirileni este un sat din cadrul comunei Drăgăneşti, raionul Sîngerei. Localitatea se află într-o regiune de şes şi mici coline între rîurile Soloneţ şi Ciulucul Mare, la o distanță de 17 km de oraşul Sîngerei și la 124 km de Chișinău. Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 216 oameni. Satul Chirileni a fost menționat documentar în anul 1917.
