Pîrliţa este un sat şi comună din raionul Soroca. Din componenţa comunei fac parte localităţile Pîrliţa și Vanţina. Localitatea se află la distanța de 13 km de orașul Soroca și la 153 km de Chișinău. La recensămîntul din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 525 de oameni. Satul Pîrlița a fost menționat documentar în anul 1457.
