Cealîc este un sat şi comună din raionul Taraclia. Din componenţa comunei fac parte localităţile Cealîc, Samurza și Cortenul Nou. Localitatea se află la distanța de 16 km de orașul Taraclia și la 137 km de Chișinău. La recensămîntul din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 512 oameni. Satul Cealîc a fost întemeiat în anul 1913.
