Lalova este un sat şi comună din raionul Rezina. Din componenţa comunei fac parte localităţile Țipova, Lalova şi Nistreni. Amplasat pe malul drept al Nistrului satul Lalova este situat la o distanţă de 44 km de oraşul Rezina şi la 100 km de Chișinău. Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 1027 de oameni.Satul Lalova a fost atestat documentar în anul 1457.
