Zgărdeşti este un sat şi comună din raionul Teleneşti. Din componenţa comunei fac parte localităţile Zgărdeşti, Bondareuca și Ciofu. Localitatea se află la distanţa de 16 km de oraşul Teleneşti şi la 90 km de Chișinău. La recensămîntul din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 942 de oameni. Satul Zgărdești a fost menționat documentar în anul 1609.
