Boşerniţa este un sat în componența oraşului Rezina, raionul Rezina. Satul este amplasat pe malul drept al Nistrului la o distanță de 2 km de orașul Rezina și la 102 km de Chișinău. Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituie 486 de locuitori. Prima atestare documentară certă a satului datează din anii 1592-1593, cu denumirea Borcești.
