Oneşti este un sat din cadrul comunei Zăbriceni, raionul Edineţ. Satul este situat la o distanță de 14 km de orașul Edineț și la 9 km de stația de cale ferată Brătușeni. Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 1196 de oameni. Prima atestare documentară a satului Onești din ținutul Hotin datează din 7 martie 1528.
