Ghiduleni este un sat şi comună din raionul Rezina. Din componenţa comunei fac parte localităţile Ghiduleni, Roșcanii de Jos și Roșcanii de Sus. Satul Ghiduleni este situat la o distanță de 39 km de orașul Rezina și la 78 km de Chișinău. La recensămîntul din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 984 de oameni. Satul Ghiduleni a fost atestat documentar la 30 iunie 1665.
