Название страны было и будет МОЛДОВА!

Сегодня, 23 мая 2016, мы отмечаем 25 лет со дня официального возврата к историческому названию нашего государства - Молдова. Двадцать лет назад учитывая духовную, историческую и политико-правововую значимость официального наименования государства и выражая волю избирателей – граждан Молдовы, Верховный Совет Советской Социалистической Республики Молдова установил впредь именовать суверенное государство Республикой Молдова (сокращенно - Молдова).

Посредством Закона О переименовании государства ССР Молдова в Республику Молдова (23 мая 1991) страна восстановила свое историческое название которое она носила на протяжении веков. Важно отметить, что ни одна страна мира не опротестовала решение Парламента Молдовы.

Молдова является старинным названием, с глубокими корнями в архаичной культурной традиции европейских языков. Не случайно имя собственное Moldova в разных формах известно в Словакии, в Богемии (Muldavia, Mulda, Muldau, Moldvia), в Банате (город Молдова на берегу Дуная). На карте А. Бюшинга (1786 г.) в Богемии отмечена река Molda, Muldau. В Саксонии один из притоков Эльбы называется Mulda. Топонимы (ойконимы) Mold, Molde известны в Британии, Норвегии. В Валахии известен город Moldova Nouă, много ойконимов: Moldoveni, Moldoveneşti.

Примечательно, что самая высокая гора румынских Карпат – пик Moldоvanul (2 544 м) расположена в Валахии и никогда не находилась на территории исторической Молдовы.

Самые древние письменные бесспорные свидетельства о государстве Молдавия и молдаванах хранятся в документах королевской Венгрии: от 20 марта 1360 г. – terra Moldavanаe и от 2 февраля 1365 г. – terra Moldvana…

Первая хроника, написанная в последней четверти XIV в., которая упоминает terra Moldaviae, принадлежит И. Кюкюлло. Титулатура dux Moldaviensis отмечена в актах папской курии (1370, 1371, 1372). В договоре между Карлом IV де Люксембург и королем Венгрии Людовиком I де Анжу Страна Молдавская появляется как Waywodatus Moldavia.

В первой сохранившейся грамоте, выпущенной в 1384 году Молдавской канцелярией, правитель страны именуется dux Terre Moldaviae, во всех остальных официальных документах господари именуют себя «господарь Земли Молдавской».

    No, if you refer to the mountain peak, the name is not "Moldovanul" as spelled above, but "Moldoveanu" and it is in Romania in the region historically known by the exonym Wallachia and the endonym Tara Romaneasca. On a different vein, I'd seriously suggest that you look for other places to look for information about Moldova. The current site is marred by the most distorted and idiotic ideas about the history of the region -- check out for instance the ridiculous myth about how Moldovans would be the direct successors of the population that inhabited the area 8000 (yes, eight thousands) years ago. Or the idiocy about how the local language is the origin rather than an offspring of Latin... The site is inspired by a series of fringe non-scientific theories which in Romania used to be promoted by Ceausescu's national communism in the 1980s, known under the name of protochronism (check it out on Wikipedia). Seriously, if you want your essay to be based on honest scientific info, run away from this site; it is pure garbage...

Балабану (Balabanu) – село и административный центр коммуны района Тараклия. Балабану – единственное село в составе одноименной коммуны. Село расположено на расстоянии 11 км от города Тараклия и 172 км от муниципия Кишинев. По данным переписи 2004 года, в селе проживало 959 человек. Первое документальное упоминание о селе Балабану датировано 1809 годом.
