Stolniceni este un sat şi comună din raionul Edineţ. Stolniceni este unicul sat din comuna cu acelaşi nume. Satul este situat pe rîul Ciuhur, la o distanţă de 18 km de orașul Edineț și la 12 km de stația de cale ferată Brătușeni. Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituie 1504 oameni. Prima atestare documentară a satului datează din anul 1746.
